How can I claim a refund?
Claims for the downtime need to be submitted by the last working day of the month the downtime occurred. To make a claim, open a ticket with our billing team within the portal section of the website. In the message, simply state the account you have with us and the downtime period. We will then calculate the downtime refund you are owed and issue this back to you as account credit.
How much will I recieve?
