We’re always told at networking meetings and social media workshops, that it’s the people of a business that interest our existing and potential customers. On that basis, we’d like to share some good news relating to our Finance Director, Karen Mackay!

Earlier this month, Karen took part in her first ever competitive rowing regatta in Golspie, both as a rower for the over 50s category and also as cox for the over 60s (she’s not over 60 of course!). We’re pleased to say that Karen got a first and third place respectively for her rows and was awarded with 2 beautifully hand crafted medals made by pupils at the local school.

The Cromarty Community Rowing Club as whole scooped the top award for the day at Golspie’s first regatta event. You can read a bit more about that over at the Ross-shire Journal wesbsite.
