Accessing your hostworld account for the first time
When your services were moved to the hostworld portal an email was sent to you with the subject line – “Important: Your Calico UK services have moved to hostworld” – this explained how to get logged into your account with us.
Please see the instructions below:
– You should access your hostworld account via the portal URL, this is: https://portal.hostworld.uk/
– Your account is registered to your main email address that Calico UK would have contacted you on. This email address is the same as the email address that we sent email notifications to. Check the “To:” part of your email to clarify what this is. We also tell you the exact email address at the top of Invoice email notifications you receive from us.
– To access your hostworld account for the first time you’ll need to follow the “Forgotten password” process which you can complete here:
https://portal.hostworld.uk/index.php/password/reset – you will need to enter the above email address and then follow the steps to get a password to access your account with us
After you have followed the above process you should then be able to login to your account and view your services and invoices.
