How can I use the hostworld DNS management for my domain?

If you have purchased a domain from hostworld and you would like to use hostworld’s DNS management tool, you need to ensure that the nameservers for your domain are set correctly first.

As this differs for each domain, please raise a support ticket into our team to request what your nameservers should be to allow you to manage DNS records via our portal.

Once the correct nameservers are applied you can then manage your DNS records in the ‘My Domains’ section of the customer portal. Once completed, you will be able to use the free DNS Management add-on that we offer with all domains.

Please note, if you have purchased a web hosting or reseller hosting package from us, the name servers which you will need to set will be included within your welcome email.
